1. Return Policy
The return service is currently available to Australian orders only.
All items sold by BlackBee Power are sold on a Final Sale basis. As such, we do not allow for change of mind returns. Consumers are entitled to replacement or refund should the item be defective.
We offer a 2 year manufacturer's warranty for items purchased directly from blackbeepower.com.au.
- Returned items must be returned in the original packaging, with all materials included
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use
- Returned items must be accompanied with a return authorization number
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
2. How to return my items
To return an item you'll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. BlackBee Power will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can get an RMA form by contacting us at support@blackbeepower.com.au for assistance.
To initiate a Return or Exchange, please complete the following steps:

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number: All returns must have an RMA number for processing. Contact BlackBee Power at support@blackbeepower.com.au with your Order Number and specify the item(s) you wish to Return OR Exchange.
- Print the prepaid Return Label that you will receive from our Customer Support. Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to BlackBee Power. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.
3. Refund Policy
We'll issue the refund (full purchase price) within 14 business days once we receive the product, you'll be notified with an email once your order is refunded.
